I’m Crystal, a Traditional Birth Keeper, a Full Spectrum Doula, a Childbirth Educator and a Yoni Steam Practitioner dedicated to supporting women through informed pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and reproductive wellness.

My understanding of birth comes not only from my work supporting women and families, but also from my own personal experiences. As a mother, I have experienced four hospital births, two birthing center births, and four home births. Experiencing these different birth settings has given me a unique perspective on the many ways women can approach pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.

Through Mujer de Parto, I provide compassionate, educational, and holistic support while honoring each woman’s individual choices, values, and birth journey.

Education surrounding traditional yoni steaming practices, including preparation, traditional applications, and informed use.

My Approach

I believe women deserve to be informed, heard, respected, and supported throughout every stage of their reproductive journey. My work is centered on education, traditional wisdom, compassionate support, and helping women feel empowered to make informed decisions about their care.

Whether a woman chooses a hospital, birthing center, or home birth, my goal is to meet her where she is and provide support that honors her individual journey.
